深埋大倾角工作面巷道围岩稳定性分析

Surrounding rock stability analysis of steeply dipping working face roadway in deep buried coal seam

摘要: 针对深埋大倾角工作面巷道变形大、难支护的问题,以陈蛮庄煤矿3402轨道巷为工程背景,结合理论分析、UDEC2D数值模拟软件和钻孔窥视技术综合探究了深埋泥岩顶板巷道稳定性的影响因素,并从顶板裂隙发育的角度探究了工作面上端头冒顶多发的原因。研究表明:对于深埋大倾角工作面巷道,高地应力、顶板平行层向裂隙发育、两侧煤帮垂直层面裂隙发育以及周边采动是造成巷道变形大的主要原因|巷道断面形式从优到劣依次为半圆拱型、梯形、矩形|受巷道大变形特征影响,工作面一侧煤帮上方顶板在其下方煤体被开挖之前已受到破坏,这是工作面推进过程中上端头冒顶事故多发的主因。

Abstract: In response to the characteristics of deep buried steeply dipping working face roadway such as large deformation and difficult to support, taken Chen Manzhuang coal mine panel 3402 as background, theoretical analysis, Udec2D software and fiber borehole observation were used to analysis factors that influence the roadway deformation. Meanwhile, based on the roof cracks developing, reason that caused frequently roof-fall accidents in upper-end of working face has been studied. The results indicated that high ground stress, well-developed parallel plane fracture in roof, well-developed vertical fracture in coalsides and surrounding mining are main reasons that cause the large deformation of roadway. The optimal section form of roadway is semicircle arch, echelon cross section is better compared with rectangle cross section. Affected by the large deformation of roadway, roof in the upper-end of working face was fractured before the excavation, which is the main reason roof-fall accidents happen frequently during the advancing of working face.
